Shortcuts
Mike W came into my office yesterday with a question from a customer. They wanted to know if there was a list of all of the shortcut keys. We scrambled around the office since we used to print that up on the back of a user guide. I also remembered a few years ago that a Certified Consultant of ours also used to have these printed up on a card as a giveaway.
No such luck. I really didn’t want to have to dig through the specification documents to pull this together. Then it dawned on me. Wouldn’t this be in the Help? Of course it is and I felt a bit silly since our support reps are always showing customers where there answer can be found in the Help.
